The breakfast was very very good and outstanding, had a huge variety of options. The room was clean, had good views and featured a cable television, an individual safe, and free wireless internet. Location: the hotel was near beach, shops, restaurants, the bus / subway station and the beach and all shops. And it's at a short distance from Castle Chinese Restaurant, ate there once or twice...

The place was clean, and we loved the standard twin room. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was great, just 500 metres away from Southover Grange Gardens. the area was a quiet residential neighborhood close to many cafes and the airport. we had a nice stay for one night.

The staffs are goods and breakfast is so good. My second room (after my chance) is comfort, big, clean, etc..
In my first day I stayed in short room (very short). Be careful, because I think this case is common when you made your booking by bookink.com. You need to pay more 10% (not included in price in Booked.net) . The distance from hotel to Beach is around 8 square.

The standard double room that we stayed in was wonderful and well-maintained. Our breakfast was sensational with fruits and cakes, as example.

The location is nice. It is not fair from the beach and there are few nice places to eat around the hotel. It is not dirty.
The shower was very bad and the room needs an update, everything looks old.

The breakfast was exceptionally nice, and the hotel offers nice views. Its magnificent location is very close to Copacabana, making it easy to access the great beach. the central location provides convenient access to everything, including metro stations and local restaurants.

I liked the breakfast, the bed and the shower.
I didn't like the distance from the hotel to the beach and a woman staff at the balcony (very boring, the one with a small hair, like a man, I do not know her name).

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! First of all, the location is fantastic - just a few blocks away from the beach and nestled on a quiet, safe street. The value for money is incredible, especially considering everything you get. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, with a double bed and all the basic amenities you need. Plus, I was thrilled to find a jacuzzi in my room - such a luxurious touch! And to top it all off, breakfast was included in the daily rate, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day right.
Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was very decent, with lots of fruit.
The lounge smelled funny, as well as the room (although in the room the smell was not so strong). The walls were thin as paper, we had to call reception twice to complain about the noise at 4 A.M., we could hear absolutely everything in the room next door. There was also a very loud noise every time someone flushed or used the shower in the room above us. Not to mention the decoration, everything looked very old. There was a duvet with no cover, very anti-hygienic.

The hotel provides a calm and quiet atmosphere perfect for business trips. The room service was excellent; the staff was polite and accommodating. Another plus was the free shuttle service to the airport, making it easy to get in and out. The breakfast is also enjoyable; with a wide variety of options that were always fresh. the beds were comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked excellently.
The hotel was a little outdated, the furniture was a bit old, and the elevator was slow, especially during the busiest hours of the day. the Internet connection was unreliable and kept dropping, which could be frustrating for business travelers who need to work online.

Buffet breakfast
Not good value for money . We booked a double room and got twin. We asked the manager and he promised to change but never did. Basically he lied. Concierge would charge extra money to book tours and basically lie to keep extra money. One tour they told us cost 120 dollars and two hours late when we went back to book he said 170 dollars and plainly said that he never said 120. Basically he forgot how much he asked us earlier . Charged us taxes twice. My bed was broken. Safe and air con wasn't working and they didn't bother to check overnight and I slept in a warm room. Next door neighbours were loud and playing loud music all night when asked concierge over phone they hang up phone and when called again they said they will come up and ask them to be quiet but they never did. Basically they never did what they said. Worst ever hotel experience .
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
